Jeff Gramlich and Dan Ohar have both served in the military.

The wars they fought may have been waged during different eras, but the two veterans have had the opportunity to find camaraderie once more, this time on the ice.

Both men are members of two war veteran hockey teams called the Buffalo Sabres Warriors and Buffalo Sabres Sled Vets.

Country Western Review planned at VFW Post

JC Thompson Band will headline a country western review from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Lt. Col. Matt Urban Post No. 7275. The cost is $7, and drink specials, raffles and bell jar tickets will be available. The post is located at 3741 Walden Ave., Lancaster.

Camp Invention returning to Clarence
