Bee Heard

.Good luck to Tonawanda if they are having the Lancaster official take care of their assessment. Lancaster’s assessments have increased almost $20,000-$30,000 above what they are supposed to be. They have gotten the properties in Lancaster so highly assessed that first-time home buyers cannot even afford to buy a property because they can’t afford the taxes.

.I totally agree with the caller about newly-elected Supervisor Fudoli. Mr. McCracken had this whole situation planned out. This is double dipping.

.Mr. Fudoli is only one person who was changed. If taxpayers truly wanted change, they should have elected the other two town board members, and then maybe something different would have been hammered out. Change will not happen unless you start attending town board meetings, then maybe you can start holding other town board members’ feet to the fire so that they can turn around and force them into a changing position.
