Area Catholic elementary schools are inviting the public to take a look at them as part of Catholic Schools Week.

The event runs from Sunday, Jan. 29, through Saturday, Feb. 4.

The following schools will hold open houses to mark the occasion:

St. Mary’s Elementary

St. Mary’s Elementary School will hold its open house at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1. The school serves kindergarten through eighth grade and is located at 2 St. Mary’s Hill, Lancaster. For more information, call 683-2112.

Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament

Tours of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament School at St. Martha’s Parish will be available between 6:30 and 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2. The school is located at 20 French Road, Depew. Call 206-0382.

Our Lady of Pompeii

Our Lady of Pompeii School, 129 Laverack Ave., Lancaster, will offer tours all day on Thursday, Feb. 2. For more information, call 684-4664.

St. John the Baptist

The Alden school will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. Tours of the school, which serves students in prekindergarten through eighth grade, will be conducted during Catholic Schools Week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or by appointment Sunday, Jan. 29, through Friday, Feb. 3 The school is located at 2021 Sandridge Road in Alden. Immaculate Conception

Immaculate Conception School, 510 Oakwood Ave., East Aurora, will open its doors from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. Call 652-5855.

St. Vincent de Paul

Parents may tour St. Vincent de Paul School between noon and 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. A children’s Mass will be held at 11 a.m., and free activities will follow. The school is located at 6441 Seneca St., Elma. For more information, call 652-8697.

Annunciation School

Queen of Heaven
