Depew, Lancaster students honored by NTHS
Walsh Nine students from Lancaster High School and one student from Depew High School were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society in March.
More than 120 high school students, representing 20 local school districts from across Erie county, were honored. The mission of NTHS is to recognize student achievement and leadership, promote educational excellence, and enhance career opportunities for its membership.
Depew High School student Matthew Walsh, who is enrolled in the Web Technology and Gaming program at Erie 1 BOCES Potter Career and Technical Center, was among the inductees.
The Lancaster students are enrolled at Erie 1 BOCES Harkness Career & Technical Center. They are Kevin Koerner Jr., Anthony Kozlowski and Tyler Siuda, Building Trades program; John Wagner Jr., Auto Technician Training program; Brian Ziolkowski and Robert Park, Electrical Systems program; Melonee Juliano, Early Childhood Education program; and Amanda Rath and Shawn Potzler, Culinary Skills program.
