Horizons Tour of Homes returns July 13

The 2017 Horizons Tour of Homes, sponsored by KeyBank, will be held from Thursday, July 13, through Sunday, July 16, and Thursday, July 20, through Sunday, July 23. The hours are 3 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. This year’s show will be presented by the Buffalo Niagara Builders’ Association and will feature 15 designer homes from Western New York builders. Buffalo Museum starts ‘Neighbor Pass’ program

The Buffalo Museum of Science will offer $5 individual and $10 family memberships to Buffalo East Side residents who live in ZIP codes 14208, 14211 and 14212. This new program, called Neighbor Pass, is intended to encourage more residents who live adjacent to the museum to explore its science studios and participate in its programs. Memberships can be purchased with proof of residency at the Buffalo Museum of Science, 1020 Humboldt Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14211 or by calling 896-5200, ext. 311.

CoreLife Eatery opens new WNY location

CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant, which offers a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, is expanding to Clarence at 5175 Transit Road on Friday, July 14. CoreLife Eatery offers a variety of fresh ingredients that are transformed into custom-created dishes. It will be offering a ‘pay what you choose’ day from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 13, when guests can pay what they want for their meal and all proceeds will be donated to the Buffalo City Mission.
