Lancaster library to receive funding

The Lancaster Public Library will receive $5,000 to use for technology-related programs and services, including the purchase of computer equipment, or security- related items.

Lancaster is one of 11 public libraries included in state Sen. Patrick Gallivan’s district to secure funding, totaling $32,500.

Other libraries to receive funding include Aurora Town Library, $2,500; Boston Free Library, $2,500; Eden Library, $2,500; Elma Public Library, $2,500; Ewell Free Library in Alden, $2,500; Hulbert Library in the Town of Concord, $2,500; West Seneca Public Library, $5,000; Marilla Free Library, $2,500; Town of Collins Public Library, $2,500; and Town of North Collins Public Library, $2,500.
